Deli Café S.A. was established in 1993 as a trading and exporting company whose goal was to fill the niche created by the rapid growth of the specialty coffee industry.  We take pride in our offerings of the best specialty coffees from Costa Rica and Panamá.

We frequently visit the coffee mills that produce our coffees in order ensure that only the highest quality methods are used to process our coffees.  Our long-time customers know that our coffees are held to only the highest standards, from seed to cup.

We urge producers to protect our precious environment; accordingly, we actively promote the production of certified organic coffees.

Region of origin: West Valley

In the heart of Costa Rica's West Valley, an exceptional coffee grows at 1,400 meters above sea level amidst sun-kissed mountains.  Cultivated on steep mountain sides, only the ripest cherries of this coffee are carefully harvested.

It is meticulously processed and sundried on stretchers, to bring out brightness and excellence in the cup. Once this coffee has been processed it is aged during the months that follow, so that its true flavors may flourish.

Our most discriminating customers have been fascinated by Xalachi's sumptuous full body, wild complexity, intense aroma and bright acidity.
