Los Valles Dry Coffee Mill started operations in 2004. It has a storage area of 3.730 square meters and an actual storage capacity of 93.000 bags of coffee.

Inside Los Valles, Deli Café has a private storage area to handle coffee in a very specific manner to ensure the highest quality standards. In the same way, a strict inventory control system displays orders sent to the different markets, in addition to the marking of each coffee bag to reflect the customers' specifications. There is also a loading and unloading bay which is available 24 hours a day.

These procedures are a result of Deli Café´s constant concern in providing its customers with the best quality coffee experience.
