Boutique coffees

Costa Rica is a country with over fifty thousand coffee growers; accordingly, there could be over fifty thousand different cup profiles of Costa Rican coffees.  Deli Café cups every single coffee lot that we buy, allowing us to discover the truly exceptional. We then offer them to the world’s most demanding coffee roasters, who reward the coffee grower's efforts with top prices.

Boutique coffees are exemplary coffees produced in small lots. They represent a single cultivation, a single-day´s or week’s production, and are the very best of the grower's crop. These lots show exceptional quality, with defined character, subtle complexity and remarkable consistency.   Boutique coffees are a true reflection of the dedication and effort given by the producers to their farms.

Our boutique coffees are selected specifically for each customer, making the process as personalized as growing your own coffee. Lot sizes usually vary from 10 to 75 bags.
